Precompetitive Cheerleading (Gravity)

Gymini is made up of several cheerleading teams under the emblem of G-Force. A recreational offer allows young people to participate and learn basic movements and choreography. For the most passionate amongst them, the Club has created a pre-competitive team: Gravity.This program emphasizes basic techniques in preparation for more complex movements.

The class offer is on an annual basis (September to June), 2 hours per week. The group is mixed. In addition to the end of the year show, the team participates in a competition. Access to this program is through an audition or invitation by the Club, following an assessment of the athlete’s level.

Note that this class offer and our approach are based on the recommendations of Cheer Canada and the Quebec Cheerleading Federation.
