National Program (Aspire, JO9-10, High Performance)

The National program content is managed by the Quebec Gymnastics Federation (Gymnastique Québec)and the Canadian Gymnastics Federation, (GYMCAN). At that level, gymnasts train from 14 to 24 hours a week, and a large proportion of our athletes choose to combine education and sport through the Sport- Studies, or elementary and high school sport concentration This approach allows to increase the number of training during the day and reduce training in the evening and on weekends.

The gymnasts participate in 2 selection competitions and some invitations. The best gymnasts then have access to the Quebec Championships, which serve as an end to select the best gymnasts in each category who will represent Quebec at the Eastern Canada Championships or the Canadian Championships.

Access to this program is through an audition or invitation by the Club, following an assessment of the athlete’s level.
