CLUB GYMINI LEVEL 7 AND 8 ATHLETES WERE IN ACTION LAST WEEKEND IN LÉVIS

Vaudreuil-Dorion – Club Gymini is proud to announce the excellent results of its athletes during the 2nd selection for Levels 7 and 8 of Gymini, which took place in Lévis last Saturday. The athletes showed great performance and demonstrated their skill in artistic gymnastics.

In the N7 13-14 years old category, Sarah-Maude Filion showed consistency throughout the event and managed a competition without falling, thus improving her score in the total apparatus. Océane Malonga also achieved her best performance in competition of the year with a competition without a fall and an increase in her total of almost 2 points.

In the N7, 15 years and over category, Loriane Deguire delivered her best performance of the year during the 2nd selection, managing to get out of her free spin on balance in her routine on the bars and throwing her minichelli for the first time at beam. Coralie Deguire managed to qualify for the Quebec Championships this year thanks to her great performances in competition, leaving with a bronze medal on bars, a 7th place on beam and a 4th place in total apparatus.

In the N8 11-12 years old category, Danica Majchrowicz achieved her best competition of the season, winning the silver medal on Floor, 4th position on beam, 5th on vault, 5th on bars and 5th in total apparatus. Juliette Trudeau also distinguished herself with a beautiful acrobatic sequence on the beam and an 8th position on the beam.

Finally, in the N8 15 and over category, Mahélie Woo Sun Cheong won a silver medal on vault, showing a lot of resilience during the week and Orélie Lefebvre finished with a silver medal on beam, a 4th position. on bars and in total, despite the misadventures encountered during the Quebec Games.
