Recreational coach

Under the authority of the Recreational Programs Coordinator, the Recreational coach plans, organizes, directs and controls the development of the athletes under his charge.

SECTION I GENERAL COMPONENT

• Prepare and teach classes, according to the level of the athletes;
• Ensure the smooth organization of the class, the discipline and the integration of the athletes;
• Manage the presence of athletes;
• When necessary, communicate adequately with the parents;
• Ensure the safety of the premises, equipment and their safe use;
• Maintain up to date knowledge of the content of the classes taught;
• Perform small cleaning tasks assigned to him to keep his environement saf and clean;
• Make recommendations to his superior about the general operations;
• All other related tasks.

DIVISION II RECREATIONAL COMPONENT

• Prepare the programs of the groups for which he is responsible;
• Prepare evaluation booklets and other materials for the children in his group;
• Participate in meetings and mandatory training for the recreational sector;
