Yes, but we ask you to go gradually, so that several participants can benefit from this service. G-Force could contact you to cancel a session in order to make room for a participant who has no time slot

In the red zone, workers (monitors, coaches, instructors, guides, etc.) can provide lessons or private lessons to one client at a time, or to people living under the same roof (e.g .: parent-child ).

Yes, given the good functioning during the previous weeks, we have lightened our criteria. The maximum number remains 23 participants.

Open-gym is supervised by the coaches, but they cannot plan a training there. The athlete must therefore be autonomous in his training.

Everyone in the community cans participate!

Here is a reminder of information about our gym activities:

GENERAL

  • You must fill out the self-assessment form before the private lesson. If there is any doubt about a symptom, the limb should stay home. Refer to the COVID-19 Management Guide.
  • Wash hands on a regular basis (arrival, after and before manual assistance, travel, toilets, etc.).
  • Avoid non-essential contact (pat in the hand, hugs, etc.).
  • Clean the equipment used at the end of each private lesson.
  • The changing rooms must remain closed.
  • Physical conditioning, flexibility, jumps are allowed during free training. Tumbling is possible during private lessons only. Stunts between participant and trainer are prohibited, but permitted for members living under the same roof.

MASK / FACE COVER

  • Wearing a procedural mask or face cover is compulsory for all persons aged 10 and over in indoor public places (arrival, travel and exit).
  • If the distance of 2 meters cannot be respected during one or more parts of the training, the wearing of a mask is compulsory for the participant and the coach.
  • For coaches and the support team, the procedure mask is strongly recommended at all times. Eye protection is also strongly recommended when distancing is not respected.
  • Wearing a visor cannot replace the mask or face cover in places where it is mandatory.
  • It is recommended to have several masks or face covers so that it can be changed when it is wet or soiled.

MANUAL ASSISTANCE

  • Manual assistance should be minimized. However, it is important to assess the risk. The goal is to ensure the safety of the athlete in their learning while minimizing the risk of the virus spreading.
  • Manual assistance is recommended when necessary to avoid injury and when deemed absolutely necessary to facilitate the activity’s success.
  • Remember that wearing a protective mask or face cover is mandatory for the coach and the participant and eye protection is strongly recommended for the coach.
