G-FORCE : Zoom training

Good morning all,

Once again, we would like to thank you for your patience, understanding and resilience in these uncertain times!

Following the government announcement last Monday October 26th, we unfortunately cannot return to regular gym training. We will therefore continue with the distance training plan. You will notice that there are a few small changes to the schedules.

ACTIVITIES FROM OCTOBER 29 TO NOVEMBER 23, 2020

Here is the calendar for the next few weeks as well as the zoom links to use for each group. Zoom workouts will be supervised by your child’s trainer. It is important to understand that Zooms workouts touch on many aspects of the cheerleading component such as dance, jumps, base placements, physical conditioning and cardiovascular activity.

Our greatest wish is to continue to bring their passion to life for all G-Force athletes!

For the moment, the regular schedule should resume on November 23. However, we remain on the lookout for government guidance beyond this date.
