I’m training in parkour for fun! The gym is my playground.
Parkour, also known as the art of displacement or free-running, is an acrobatic sports discipline that consists of crossing urban or natural obstacles, with fast and agile movements. Tracers use gym equipment to simulate external obstacles and exercise safely.
Our parkour lessons are held in our main gymnasium and use the floors, bars, beams,vaults, tumbl track and trampolines. Tracers also have access to a multitude of acrobatic development equipment.
