Artistic Gymnastics
Description
I am passionate about artistic gymnastics. I would like to do it every day, all day!
Female artistic gymnastics consists of four apparatus: the jump table, the uneven bars, the beam and the floor. Men’s artistic gymnastics consists of 6 devices: the floor, the pommels, the rings, the jump, the parallel bars and the fixed bar.
Throughout their journey to the Club, gymnasts will develop their courage, agility, flexibility, power and precision, in an environment that strives for excitement and fun.
The Club offers recreational, pre-competitive and competitive programs.
Installations
Our artistic gymnastics classes take place in our main gymnasium and use the floors, the bars, the beams, the jump tables, the tumbl track as well as the trampolines. Gymnasts also have access to a multitude of acrobatic development equipment.
