Compensation

March 20, 2020 at 10:00 am, Vaudreuil-Dorion – Following the obligation to suspend all of its activities until March 29, Club Gymini wishes to announce the terms of its members’ compensation. Realizing that everyone is affected by this act of God, four measures have been approved by the Board of Directors in order to respond to the concerns and different situations of our seasonal recreational and pre-competitive members, our annual competitive and pre-competitive members, our clients of gym-en-fête as well as our corporate clients of school activities.

Club Gymini is a non-profit organization established for 40 years in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region, we are now operating in slow motion due to the temporary layoff of all employees. We would like to thank the administrative team who will continue, on a voluntary basis, to answer your questions and who will apply the compensation measures on their personal time. However, please note that delays of several days may apply.

We also wish to salute the extraordinary work of our team of passionate coaches who continue to share their expertise with athletes on a daily basis. The passion is shared and we invite you to join the movement via our Facebook pages (ClubGymini and G-Force Cheerleading) as well as our Instagram accounts (club.gymini and gforce.cheer) in order to get active every day and stay healthy!

SEASONAL RECREATIONAL AND PRE-COMPETITIVE MEMBERS (R2)

Seasonal recreational and pre-competitive (R2) members registered for the winter session will receive a credit for missed classes between March 13 and March 29, 2020. This measure represents credits, totaling almost $ 75,000. The credits will be directly applied to your accounts and can be applied to a future registration to any of our programs.

ANNUAL COMPETITIVE AND PRE-COMPETITIVE MEMBERS (R3)

As annual competitive and pre-competitive members are subject to direct debit via credit cards, Club Gymini will suspend all payments for the month of April. This measure represents a value of approximately $ 40,000, to allow a respite for clients, all of whom are directly affected by this extraordinary situation.

GYM-EN-FÊTE CUSTOMERS

All gym-en-fête customers for the month of March will be reimbursed directly on their credit cards used when booking. This measure is worth approximately $ 1,500. We will be happy to welcome you again once the closure of the Multisports center is lifted and we hope that despite the circumstances, your children were able to celebrate their birthday happily!

CORPORATE CUSTOMERS – GROUP ACTIVITIES

All group reservation contracts will be canceled without penalty given the situation with respect to COVID-19. This measure could represent up to $ 7,000.
